Not Feeling so great

I have been dealing with being dizzy for the last few weeks... finally went to the doctor who,of course, sent me for some tests... the tests are all negative and we are back to thinking that it is caused by a deep embedded sinus infection... feeling a little better but not great... In the meantime I have been experimenting with melting plastic spoons into a flower shape... doesn't smell very good but an interesting effect... Hope to have a few to show and get feedback. Off and running into town for a few errands.. have a peaceful day! Joyce

Sunday in January

Woke up to 5 degree temps this morning.. so happy that our heat is working again... It really gets cold when it goes out and I thought we could make a fire in the fireplace but that sucks all of the little heat there is out. Have lots of hot glueing to do today... rolled beautiful wool felt into pretty blooms and have to hot glue the ends.. Did you know that hot glue comes in 2 temps??? I didn't!! who would think that there is a low temp and hot temp form of hot glue... makes no sense to me... but now I only use hot temp hot glue!! Really need to re organize my studio... now that I have an embroidery machine and all it's stuff and I am not doing so much beading... thinking about having a really big sale on my beads...not sure that I will be able to part with them.... food for thought.... Have a great Sunday in January.

Have to get back to blogging

Hi all,,, I can't believe how I just don't do this... I have been really busy working on lot's of new designs for Craft Shows this Spring. Nice to think about Spring while it is snowing outside. Has been an interesting winter so far... lot's of problems with our heat but I think that my wonderful husband figured it out. Speaking of great spouses... I was trying to figure out how to make my ZyppleryTM zipper necklaces in a way that the vintage pins could be interchangeable... he came up with a way of attaching tubes to the back of the zipper pull that almost any pin back will fit thru... amazing and it works great.... Today I am catching up on making other zipper pieces.. they are challenging but I love the results... hope that you are enjoying your Saturday! Joyce
